GSA Day 4 Gender Justice is a national day of action that invites GSA clubs to organize around Gender Justice issues relevant to their local communities and campuses.
Since 2018, GSADay4GJ has highlighted individual points of the National Trans Youth Council’s Nine-Point Platform. GSADay4GJ invites GSA clubs, youth leaders, and allies to center trans and two-spirit people by mobilizing for their liberation. This year’s GSADay4GJ amplifies Point 7 of the TRUTH Platform: We Call for the End of Global White Supremacy.
TQ2S+ youth embody the possibilities of self expression, beyond boxes and borders. GSAs are transforming schools and communities in service of all young people regardless of gender identity. Intergenerational solidarity for gender justice requires that we make it clear: TQ2S+ youth exist, belong, and have the right to self-determination.

We can all do our part to support gender justice by:
- Hosting a club or community event that intentionally uplifts and honors the legacies, stories, and experiences of trans and two-spirit youth! Draw inspiration from our Trans Joy Zines and lead a storytelling project for your club and community!
- Expanding our support/care ecosystems to be in community with other youth, elders, and families! Work with your club to connect with a local or statewide TQ2S+ organization, attend a local volunteer event, and engage in mutual aid networks!
- Understand your role in the history, lessons, and strategies of TQ2S+ movements and ancestors practicing collective study with your peers! Use our discussion guide to help facilitate your club’s study!
